A solution for city transformation with pre-installed knowledge base, which collects and organizes digital city planning knowledge into a knowledge graph that will enable knowledge services for city development managers. The solution hypotheses were tested via interviews with city representatives (Helsinki, Espoo, Turku, Oulu), a research pilot project with TIB Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology, and discussed at the Conference on Digital Curation Technologies (Qurator 2022) — "Application of Knowledge Graphs for Creating a Library of Reusable Knowledge in the Smart City Domain".
